So wow!!! Where do I start, within the past couple of weeks Carl and I have definitely been on our own adventure, with promo tees getting printed and getting everything ready to release to YOU!!! We are way to excited............but lets save that for our release! lets talk about some fun! This past Halloween weekend Carl and I got the chance to take a weekend off, as a little celebratory weekend for our upcoming promos and we headed out to Santa Barbara. The trip was nothing but fun, and well we got to indulge ourselves in so many red cups. We cruised the streets during the day kickfliping over empty bottles and college students passed out in the streets. Just listening to the waves crash against the cliff and the cool breeze punching our faces. It was immaculate, and left us speechless.
But as the day passed and the sun set, the costumes came out and the ladies well we know how they get during this special time of year! You had to have been there in order to see that side sorry lol
So with cups thrown on the floor we headed out of the apartment and let the streets know that VOIAGE was here. The night was quite an adventure for me, the streets were crowded, music was bumpin and I managed to get lost. But having the addiction of a good adventure I went with the flow of it and had a blast. Feeling good and chillin I ended up balling up with an Allen Iverson dress alike and wondered off with my two newly met friends. I ran into some homies from Rancho and forgot all about hitting them back up sorry fellas lol got outa hand. But anyways my new friends and I grabbed some grub and headed off to the beach, but of course after the occasional house party or two. As we all Listened to the waves crash and the sounds of our laughs rolling out the night became one for the memory books. Although the next morning well.............it was a little something like this
As the sun ripped my eyelids open I sat there smiling with a half eaten carne asada burrito next to me, and one shoe off. As i did the famous morning walk home alone I could not think of anything else but....DAMN what a good night. As I approached the apartment I was greeted with laughs, questions and fist pounds. But the time had to come to an end, after we gathered our belongings we stood there. As we just stared at the at the beach for what seemed like an hour ,we took in our last Santa Barbara deep breaths (for now) and trapped as much of that crisp air in our lungs as possible. The time was here we headed back home and just let this weekend be another VOIAGE weekend !
